Churchill  Meadows is located north of Highway 403 and south of Britannia Road,  with Highway 407 to the West, and Winston Churchill Blvd to the East.  The land was previously used for farming and was once part of the town  of Milton. Central Erin Mills is located just to the East of Churchill  Meadows and the two communities share a number of amenities such as  shopping and community centers.  As the relatively new (<20 years)  Churchill Meadows gets better established, more amenities will open  including a community centre expected to be completed some time in 2021.

Churchill  Meadows is a master planned community built around a series of parks  running north south through the space. There is a real mixture of  housing types from large 3500 sq. ft. detached homes to semi-detached  and townhouse/low-rise condo (including live/work styles). Regardless of  home style, the houses themselves are all newer with modern interior  features and finishes. Compared to older areas of Mississauga, the lot  sizes are relatively small with newer landscaping. The area has  excellent access to the highway 403 making it ideal for those commuting  to jobs in the Mississauga/Oakville area.

Erin Mills Town Centre is located just east of Churchill Meadows.
