Amber and Kevin had a new baby girl. They were looking for a home for they could share with Kevin's mother so she could help with childcare while the couple went to work. We located a side split with good space for the couple on the upper floor, and a basement suite with above grade windows for grandma.

Yong and Poo Giap were an elderly couple with mobility issues that made it difficult to manage stairs in their home. We needed to find a space for them to continue to live independently but safely. We located a townhouse condo with 2 main floor bedrooms and 2 main floor bathrooms that would accommodate the couples mobility needs and allow them to age at home. As an added bonus, it was much closer to the couples grown son.
